Services

• Weather permitting, the outdoor sections of the Zoo will be open to view the animals of temperate and sub-tropical climates.
• The animals will be available for viewing in the Ecodome and Imaginarium.
• During your visit, look out for our Meet the Keeper signs to learn more about our animals and how you can help them in the wild!
• Hot drinks and snacks will be available for purchase in the vending machines inside the Acadian Forest Bistro during open hours, and starting on April 19th  hot food services are open on weekends from 10 am to 4 pm.
• The playground and washrooms will be open.
• Toddler carts are available for rent upon arrival and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please note that there is no guarantee to see every species on your visit. The well-being of our animals is important to us, and therefore, they are given the choice to use their entire habitat (indoor and outdoor) during different seasons/times of the day. There may be times when the animals are in another area of the habitat or participating in a biomedical training session with the animal care team for example.
